Key responsibilities
- Plan and supervise training sessions to develop fitness and soccer skills.
- Manage teams and develop game tactics.
- Create and maintain company coaching curriculum.
- Evaluate players individually for instruction and placement.
- Design drills that foster character and citizenship.
- Perform other coaching‑related duties as reasonably assigned.
Qualifications & conditions
- Education: Up to a Bachelor’s degree (no more than a Bachelor’s).
- Experience: Minimum 12 months of soccer coaching experience.
- License: Valid Soccer Coaching License required.
- Pre‑employment checks: Background check and drug test (post‑employment).
- Work authorization: Position recruited for H‑2B nonimmigrant workers.
Schedule, pay & benefits
- Hours: Weekdays 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM; Saturdays 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (36 hours/week).
- Pay: $31.14 per hour (meets H‑2B and applicable minimums). Paid biweekly on Fridays.
- Employer provides: All required tools, supplies, and equipment at no cost. Optional board, lodging, and transportation available (deductions apply: $275/week lodging/boarding; $200 transportation if accepted). Travel subsistence reimbursed per DOL rates with receipts.
