Job Opening: Soccer Coach

- Plan and supervise training sessions to develop general fitness and specific soccer skill;
- Manager teams, to plan tactics for the games; company curriculum development;
- Making individual evaluations of the players to better instruction and placement;
- Plan soccer drills to develop good character and citizenship of the player;
- No minimum education required and 12 months experience is required;
- Working Hours from 3 pm to 9 pm weekdays plus weekend games (5 hours);
- Practices and games occur in Stevensville, Maryland;
- The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due; The worker will be paid bi-weekly, on Friday;
- The employer provides the worker with the option of board, lodging and transportation, the employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by law and also the amount of $225 regarding lodging and boarding and $170 regarding transportation in the case the worker accepts this benefit from the employer;
- The employer will pay and provide the transportation and subsistence from the place from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment as also the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s cost of return transportation and daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker disregarding intervening employment, departed to work for the employer, if the worker completes the certified period of employment or is dismissed from employment for any reason by the employer before the end of the period;
- The employer will provide daily transportation to and from the worksite;
- The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker;
- The employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned;

The primary focus is on developing and refining coaching methodologies to align with the organization’s philosophy, training coaching staff, designing training curricula, maintaining communication with coaches, and ensuring the quality and safety of training sessions through periodic audits and feedback.
